Our minimum order for custom-made metal items is 100 pieces. We totally get if you need smaller quantities! Small-run orders are possible, though the unit price will be a little higher.
How much for a sample?
Sample costs vary based on how complex your design is. Custom samples cover mold-making charge plus sample product cost. Good news: part of your sample fee can be credited back once you place your bulk order. Sample turnaround is around 5-7 working days.
How long is production & shipping time?
Once your artwork gets confirmed, bulk production generally takes 12-18 working days. Delivery time depends on your shipping choice: air express takes about 5-8 days, sea shipping takes 25-35 days. We will send you tracking information right after your goods ship out.
What artwork file format do you accept?
Vector files work best for us: AI, EPS, PDF, CDR, SVG are all welcome. We can also take high-resolution PNG or JPG (300DPI and above). Please try not to send blurry low-res pictures, they may not turn out well on finished products.
What plating colors & enamel options available?
We have lots of plating finishes: shiny gold, silver, antique brass, antique copper, black nickel, rose gold and more. For colors & finishes: hard enamel, soft enamel, imitation hard enamel, UV offset printing. Glitter, glow-in-dark paint and epoxy drop coating are also available for your special ideas.
