1. Service Scope
We provide OEM & ODM custom-made metal crafts, including pins, keychains, fridge magnets, challenge coins, medals and other metal accessories. There are no ready-made stock items on this site. All orders go through inquiry, quotation, artwork confirmation, optional sample approval, production and shipment process.
2. Pricing
①.Quotations are calculated according to your size, craft, quantity and artwork. Quotation is valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Re-quotation is required after expiry.
②.All prices exclude international freight, import duties and taxes. Any customs fees and duties at destination shall be borne by the customer.
③.Prices are quoted in USD by default, payment terms follow proforma invoice.
3. MOQ & Sample Policy
①.Minimum order quantity for standard custom order is 100 pieces.
②.Tooling cost and sample fee apply for sample orders. Sample shipping cost is at customer’s expense. Sample-related charges will be handled as mutually agreed once bulk order is placed.
③.Samples are for craft reference only. Reasonable manufacturing tolerance for bulk goods shall not be regarded as product defect.
4. Artwork, Copyright & Intellectual Property
①.Customer warrants full copyright or legal authorization for logos, patterns and designs submitted. Customer shall take full liability for any IP infringement disputes caused by customer-supplied content.
②.We will not reuse your exclusive custom-artwork for third-party orders without permission.
③.Vector files such as AI, PDF, CDR are preferred. Blurry raster images may affect final product quality.
④.Photos, case materials displayed on our website belong to SHENZHEN XINLAI CRAFTS CO., LTD. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
5. Order Confirmation & Production
①.Order becomes effective after Proforma Invoice confirmation and receipt of agreed deposit, then tooling and production start.
②.Production lead time is agreed working days, excluding shipping transit time. Lead time may be extended due to artwork revision, public holidays or material shortage.
③.Once tooling is started upon customer artwork approval, any later modification requested by customer will incur extra tooling cost and longer lead time.
6. Payment Terms
①.Standard custom order: 50% deposit in advance. Balance 50% shall be paid after bulk goods photo confirmation. Goods will be shipped only after full balance is received.
②.Acceptable payment includes T/T and other mutually agreed methods. Cash-on-delivery is not available.
③.If customer fails to pay balance on time, we have right to hold shipment or dispose goods, deposit will not be refunded.
7. Shipment & Risk Transfer
①.Shipping method will be agreed by both parties, including sea freight, air freight and courier service.
②.Risk of loss or damage transfers to customer once goods leave our warehouse. For loss or damage during transit, customer shall file claim with logistics provider; we will provide supporting documents.
③.Please provide accurate delivery address. Re-shipping cost caused by wrong address shall be paid by customer.
8. Return, Refund & Quality Dispute
①.Custom-produced goods are specially manufactured for customer. No return or refund is allowed for non-quality issues.
②.If manufacturing-related defects occur, customer must provide clear photo evidence within 7 working days upon receipt of goods. We will offer re-production or replacement solution after verification. We shall not compensate for any indirect losses.
③.Minor color difference and normal industry-level tolerance shall not count as product defect.
9. Website Usage
①.Users shall not submit illegal, infringing or harassing content via our website.
②.All pictures on website are for reference only. Actual product may slightly differ due to screen display and metal finishing process.
10. Disclaimer
①.We shall not be liable for delay caused by force majeure events including natural disaster, pandemic, customs policy change, supply-chain interruption. We will notify customer promptly and seek mutual solution.
②.We are not responsible for malfunctions from third-party logistics or payment service providers.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be settled by friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to competent court where our company locates.
